How the contract works
Design and build, one shop.
Design-build here means Rich is in the first meeting and still there when the last piece of trim goes on. You are not bidding a drawing from someone else, then hoping the builder understands it.
Explore is a conversation at your house — what you want, what the rooms will allow, and a honest range. Design is measured, drawn, and written into a detailed contract. Build is the work, with extras priced before they start.
That is the same sequence the old About page used: Explore → Design → Build. It still fits. The difference now is the shop is in Spokane Valley, not Golden.
We do not sell financing and we do not print a warranty badge. The promise is the estimate you can read, and that Rich comes back if something is wrong.
