Rich Grate

Rich Grate has been in the construction business for over 30 years. He started his career building homes and created his own company in 1991. Rich is proud to be known as a friendly and honest contracting professional. He and his team take “grate” pride in their work, meeting and in most cases exceeding customer expectations. Rich loves nature and spending time outdoors. He currently resides in the Spokane area with his fiance and cats.
