A kitchen is the room that gets used. We start with how you move through it, then the walls, then the cabinets and counters. Rich has been remodeling kitchens since the 1980s. The Inland Northwest jobs look like the older ones: open a wall when it earns the space, keep the dust down, write the extras before anyone cuts.
Materials are chosen for how they wear, not for a showroom photo. The estimate is itemized. If the plan changes, you get a price before the new work starts.
