Explore
A meeting at your house. We listen to the wish list, walk the rooms, and talk about budget and time. Nothing is sold in that first hour except a clear next step.

Design
We measure the space, compare your ideas with what the house will allow, and write a design into a detailed contract. The bid is itemized so you can see where the money goes.

Build
From the first cut we treat the house as if it were ours. Dust stays contained. Extras are priced before they start. Rich stays on the job — there is not a new project manager every week.
If something is wrong
There is no formal warranty program on this site. Rich stands behind the work and comes back if something is wrong. That is the policy, stated plainly.
