Spokane, Washington
Remodeling in Spokane.
Design-build kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and additions for homes inside the City of Spokane. Rich works from Spokane Valley and drives into the city for walkthroughs.
The housing
A lot of the work here is in houses that already have a life in them — bungalows, foursquares, and mid-century ranches on the South Hill, in Browne’s Addition, North Hill, and the rest of the grid. Opening a kitchen wall or replacing a 1970s bath is more common than a vacant new build.
Permits
City of Spokane issues the building permit when the scope needs one. Rich handles the permit conversation and the inspections. We do not invent a license number on this page; Washington licensing is current and the number goes on the contract.
Typical work
Kitchens that need a new layout, bathrooms that have to stay usable during the job, and small additions that match the existing roof and siding.
- Do you take jobs inside city limits?
- Yes. Spokane is a regular drive from Spokane Valley.
- Will we live in the house during the remodel?
- Usually. Dust containment and a clean workspace are part of how the job is run, not an extra line.
