Additions
Rooms added to a house you already own, built to match what is there.
An addition has to land on the existing house — roof, siding, floor level, and the way you walk through the old rooms. We have opened walls and added kitchen space, living space, and the structure that makes that possible.
The Parody kitchen in the gallery was built as an add-on, framed first and finished as a working kitchen with French doors to the yard. That is Colorado work, labeled as such. The method is what we bring to Spokane Valley.
